Qualifications

• Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
• Experience in Higher Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced advising for complex academic plans (double majors, transfer credits).
• Design and implement student success programs and retention strategies.
• Train and mentor Academic Advisor 1 & 2 staff.
• Advise students on degree progress, course selection, policies, and resources.
• Plan and execute events for undergraduate students.
• Promote Bauer majors and minors to Bauer undergraduate students.
