Responsibilities

• Review transfer transcripts for applicable credits.
• Process add/drop, withdrawals, forgiveness, substitutions, and appeals.
• Monitor grades and attendance to provide academic coaching.
• Recruit prospective students and develop recruiting materials.
• Lead orientation and other academic events for incoming students.
• May supervise student employees and train new hires.
• May serve as instructor for freshman transition courses.
