Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to own the ongoing management of ACA/Marketplace compliance policies, procedures and guidelines. The role focuses on evaluating regulatory changes and operationalizing them across the plan, with emphasis on accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of relevant professional experience in healthcare compliance.
• Certification: HCCA CHC required within two years from entry into the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensures work is carried out in compliance with ACA/Marketplace regulations and 45 CFR Parts 153, 155, and 156, the Texas Insurance Code, TAC, and applicable CMS and Texas Department of Insurance guidance.
• Prepares, coordinates, and tracks regulatory filings and submissions, including SERFF, QHP certification and recertification materials, and required CMS/Marketplace data submissions.
• Attends meetings hosted by regulatory agencies and tracks completion of compliance-related action items.
• Develops compliance committee agendas, presentations, and minutes.
