Job summary

The candidate will lead monitoring activities, develop dashboards, and work across legal, contracting, and quality teams while supporting a hybrid work schedule in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare admin, business admin, or related field.
• Five years of relevant professional experience in healthcare compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing reporting processes for compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work complies with regulatory/accreditation standards and contract requirements.
• Prepare and track ACA/Marketplace regulatory filings and CMS/TDI submissions.
• Attend regulator meetings and track action items; develop compliance committee materials.
