Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Application Developer III to lead configuration, optimization, and administration of Abrigo’s risk management and lending solutions. You will serve as the technical authority for platform modules including commercial lending, credit analysis, and BSA/AML compliance, while leading a team of configuration analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years configuring enterprise financial software platforms, preferably Abrigo.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending workflows, credit analysis, and risk management concepts.
• Experience with API-based integrations and data mapping between financial systems.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure Abrigo platform modules (Sageworks) including loan origination, credit analysis, portfolio analytics, and risk rating workflows.
• Lead platform upgrades, patch deployments, and environment management across production and sandbox instances.
• Partner with Commercial Banking, Credit Administration, and Compliance leadership to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Develop and maintain field mappings, custom reports, templates, and user-defined fields for Commercial Banking operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop configuration analysts and create technical documentation.
