Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotics/automation experience.
• Strong hands-on ABB robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ABB Robot Studio.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC integration.
• Manufacturing/shop-floor experience.
• Engineering or related technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB robots using Robot Studio.
• Support robotic systems across assembly, test, and paint operations.
• Integrate robots with PLCs, tooling, sensors, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Optimize robot configurations, cabling, harnesses, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Collaborate with PLC/Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
