• Experience in automation across engine assembly, test, and paint operations.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, troubleshoot, and commission ABB robots and work cells.
• Provide hands-on shop-floor support for robotic applications.
• Diagnose downtime and resolve automation issues on the line.
• Develop and optimize robot programs for new and existing processes.
• Collaborate with PLC/Controls, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Lead validation, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, OEE, and safety.
