Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, conduct in-field coaching, and supervise clinical programming across home and community settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating performance, guiding documentation quality, and providing parent education while collaborating with Training and Operations teams. Leadership development and BCBA pathway are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Eligible to enroll in a master's program for BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of ABA experience or 1 year with 12 ABA credits; BCBA/Assistant BCBA credentials are considered.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise Behavior Specialists with in-field coaching and feedback.
• Conduct home/community visits to ensure fidelity of programming.
• Monitor documentation quality and service utilization.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
