Job summary

Credence in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Ab Initio Developer to design and maintain enterprise data integration workflows. You will build ETL pipelines across databases, APIs, and legacy systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet DoD program needs.

This role requires 5+ years in ETL and data integration, Ab Initio development experience, and active security clearance. Onboarding is planned for October 2026, with a focus on reliability and performance in mission-critical

Qualifications

5+ years ETL and data integration experience in enterprise environments.
5+ years of development experience, including at least 1 year of Ab Initio development experience.
Familiar with working in an Agile development environment.
Experience with APIs to support Low-Code development models.
Active security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Ab Initio ETL workflows for enterprise data integration
Build and optimize data pipelines across databases, APIs, and legacy systems
Troubleshoot, test, and validate ETL jobs to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
Document ETL processes and support compliance with quality and change management standards
Support the modernization of legacy business rules onto the Ab Initio BRE
