Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced A/V Lead System Integrator to design, integrate, and sustain enterprise A/V and conferencing systems across Client facilities in the Washington, DC region. You will lead implementation projects, manage conference room technology and digital signage, and coordinate with Microsoft Teams Rooms, networks, and IT teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality events.

This onsite, direct-hire role requires strong leadership, security‑clearance readiness, and CTS AVIXA

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of hands-on enterprise A/V systems integration and operations.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale A/V environments, including conference rooms.
• Proven experience supporting executive-level engagements and high-visibility events.
• Experience integrating A/V with Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration platforms.
• Experience in Federal or private-sector enterprise environments of comparable scale and security posture.
• CTS - AVIXA certification required; CTS-I required; CTS-D strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, configuration, and sustainment of enterprise A/V and conferencing systems across CLIENT facilities.
• Manage conference room technology, digital signage, and executive briefing environments for reliable, high-quality operation.
• Oversee A/V integration with enterprise IT infrastructure including Teams Rooms, networks, and endpoint management.
