The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex systems on R22, R44, and R66 aircraft, with opportunities to support overhaul and major maintenance projects and to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience as certificated A&P mechanic.
• Ability to read and apply maintenance manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work safely in hangar environment.
• Professional communication and team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Work on Robinson R22, R44, and R66 helicopters per qualifications.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, rotor, drivetrain, and powerplant systems.
• Remove, inspect, repair, and replace aircraft components per data.
• Support overhaul, component replacement, major maintenance projects.
• Interpret and follow maintenance manuals, service bulletins, ADs, and FAA regs.
• Accurately complete maintenance records, work orders, logbooks.
• Coordinate with other mechanics and management to finish projects efficiently.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and apprentices when qualified.
