Job summary

PHI Health, LLC in Corsicana, Texas is seeking a Senior A&P Mechanic to service our helicopter fleet. FAA A&P certificate with Airframe and Powerplant and 2+ years of certified maintenance experience required; willingness to travel and work night shifts as needed.

You will review maintenance requirements, ensure airworthiness, maintain logs, and collaborate with the Lead Mechanic to support rapid emergency response. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements to maintain airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations needing schedule or manpower changes.
• Maintain aircraft at field bases, manage stock levels and requisition spares as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of all company assets at field bases.
• Certify work on aircraft logs and maintenance forms to FAA, manufacturer and PHI Health standards.
• Maintain RAMCO entries for work packages, status sheets, removals, and installations.
• Keep in close communication with Lead Mechanic, AMBS and other agents to ensure timely completion.
• Manage parts inventory and recommend inventory level changes.
• Maintain special tools and ensure regular calibration as scheduled.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
