PHI Health is seeking a Senior A&P Mechanic - Light to support our Kirbyville, TX base. The role requires an FAA A&P certificate (Airframe & Powerplant) and at least 2 years of maintenance experience on helicopters.
Candidates must be able to travel, pass a pre-placement physical exam, and work on a 7 & 7 schedule to keep our air fleet mission-ready. Join PHI Health, a leading US air medical provider, and contribute to safe, reliable emergency transport across multiple bases.
Qualifications
- FAA A&P certificate required with both Airframe and Powerplant
- 2+ years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic
- Ability to travel frequently and pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity test
Responsabilités
- Review and evaluate daily maintenance/inspection requirements to maintain airworthiness
- Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring schedule changes or additional resources
- Maintain aircraft at field bases, manage stock levels and requisition spares as needed
- Ensure accuracy of maintenance logs and RAMCO entries
- Maintain parts inventory and calibration of tools as scheduled
