Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is required.
• Minimum 6 years in aircraft structures and/or powerplant repairs/inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents to meet FAA airworthiness standards.
• Strong time management, organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections on airframes and powerplants.
• Inspect parts: first article, in-process, and final.
• Verify materials, processes, and certifications from sub-tier vendors.
• Document inspection results per AS9100 and FAA standards.
• Mentor other inspectors as needed.
