Job summary

V2X is seeking an Airframe and Powerplant Inspector to perform routine inspections on airframe and powerplant builds and repairs. You will verify materials, processes, and certifications, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.

The role requires an FAA A&P license, 6+ years of related experience, and the ability to read technical documents. High school diploma or GED is required. EEO and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with aircraft structures and/or powerplant repairs and inspections.
• Ability to read and use technical documents to meet FAA airworthiness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections on airframe and powerplant new builds and repairs.
• Inspect mechanical parts including first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Verify materials, processes, and certifications from sub-tier vendors.
