Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of project management and engineering experience on capital projects.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device projects preferred.
• Knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility MEP design-build and design/bid/build projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial operations.
• Lead project execution from concept through startup activities.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, changes, and risk.
• Coordinate with AHJs and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Interface with construction/site managers to resolve design coordination and value engineering issues.
• Prepare proposals and participate in sales presentations.
• Cultivate client relationships and communicate progress effectively.
