Job summary

Real-Time Innovations (RTI) seeks an experienced Sr. Account Manager to drive sales of Connext DDS software and services to Aerospace & Defense customers in the West territory.

You will manage all steps from lead to close, including pricing and licensing, while expanding the installed base nationwide for UAS applications. You will work with field engineers, product teams, and partners to craft software solutions, build relationships with decision makers, and exceed quotas in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional sales experience; 5+ years selling high-end software to R&D/engineering teams.
• Proven prospecting and hunting skills with a track record of quota attainment.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell RTI Connext DDS software and services to existing and new Aerospace/Defense customers in the West.
• Lead prospecting, planning, meetings, and onsite consultations with engineering teams.
• Manage pricing, licensing, negotiations, and customer onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast territory metrics and drive retention, upsell, and account growth.
