Job summary

Jefferies is seeking a senior associate for its Aerospace and Defense Equity Research team in New York. The role focuses on building and maintaining financial models and industry databases, and producing research reports distributed to clients.

You will work with a Senior Analyst and the US A&D team to synthesize industry and company data. The Associate will also present recommendations to sales and clients, help develop marketing materials, and engage with management teams and industry

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and industry databases for research reports.
• Write earnings reports, company reports, and monthly/weekly publications.
• Communicate recommendations to sales, trading and clients.
• Develop marketing materials and meet with management teams; attend industry conferences.
