Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 or higher.
• Knowledge of network protocols like SIP/RTP and TCP/IP.
• Preferred knowledge of 911 Emergency Call Handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and certify 911 call handling applications on ESINet.
• Develop and execute test plans, document defects.
• Maintain vendor CPE and ATT Network equipment in the server room.
