Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 5G RAN audits to evaluate configuration and readiness.
• Perform Ericsson RAN implementation, integration, and validation across 4G/5G.
• Review network parameters and design documents for engineering standards.
• Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support network rollout, modernization, and optimization projects.
• Analyze KPIs to assess network health and service quality.
• Prepare technical reports and executive summaries.
• Provide guidance during deployment and acceptance phases.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and industry standards.
