Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
2 years of hands-on RF optimization or RAN performance experience is desirable.
Solid understanding of 4G/5G technologies and RF propagation principles.
Familiarity with automation and tools development (Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to analyze complex problems and apply structured troubleshooting methodologies.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI tools and automated workflows to streamline network optimization and improve engineering efficiency
Lead the launch of new carriers, technologies, and sites for 4G, 5G, 6G, and small cells across major operators
Own and support carrier launches, including SSV, cluster drive testing, and auditing activities
Track KPIs and apply structured problem-solving to troubleshoot RF issues for new deployments
Monitor and resolve RF issues related to radio/baseband hardware swaps and software changes
Deliver complex engineering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
