RealTruck is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to program CNC mills for fiberglass patterns and tools, reading blueprints and CAD files for 5-axis machining. The role covers designing pattern structures and setting up mills, with hands-on maintenance and software support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CNC programming, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks), and experience with MasterCAM. This on-site position offers growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical trade education or associate degree required.
• 3+ years of CNC programming or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read detailed part prints and CAD files.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills from blueprints and CAD data for 5-axis machining.
• Create tool features and pattern structures for fiberglass molds.
• Set up machines, select tools and fixturing for programs.
• Perform rough and finish cuts and check finished dimensions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and software; support tooling department.
