Job summary

Rosenberger North America is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for an on-site role in Pennsauken, NJ. You will program and set up 3–5 axis milling machines and CNC lathes, develop 5-axis MasterCam programs, and work with engineers and quality teams to ensure precision parts for advanced equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming complex, tight tolerance parts with MasterCam 25 or equivalent.
• 5+ years CNC machining and milling experience; strong reading of drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Programming and troubleshooting of 3–5 axis milling machines, CNC lathes, and EDM.
• Create efficient 5-axis MasterCam programs for machine tools.
• Inspect parts with standard shop measuring equipment and ensure tolerance.
• Develop process improvements and train entry-level machinists when applicable.
