The role requires 3–5 years in a machine shop with 2–3 years in CNC programming/setup, plus strong blueprint reading and math skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a machine shop.
• 2–3 years specifically in CNC programming and setup.
• Strong ability to read complex technical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC Horizontal, Vertical, Lathe, and 5‑Axis machines using Mastercam.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform rigorous quality control checks and inspect products to ISO standards.
