Job summary

Safran is seeking an HSE Coordinator with a strong focus on manufacturing processes and CNC programming to drive safety and efficiency in aerospace operations. The role emphasizes working with Design Engineering and sister sites to develop processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and several years in machining/manufacturing, CAD/CAM proficiency, and a solid ability to read aerospace drawings.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in machining and manufacturing environment.
• CAD/CAM knowledge (AutoCAD, Inventor, CATIA, PowerMILL, Vericut).
• 5-axis CNC programming experience in milling and turning.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs for 5-axis machining processes.
• Define fixtures and tooling for operations and material handling.
• Support installation of new equipment or modifications to equipment.
• Create and maintain technical drawings for layouts and tooling.
• Provide technical assistance to Operations and Maintenance.
• Prepare documentation for aerospace production: work instructions, SOPs, reports.
