Job summary

Patriot Advertising Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst of Retirement Planning to design, administer, and continually improve the company's retirement programs, with primary focus on the 401(k) Plan and profit-sharing. This role requires deep 401(k) experience, strong analytics, and the ability to convey complex concepts to employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering large/complex 401(k) plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong ERISA, IRC, IRS and DOL regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with plan operations, reconciliations, and recordkeeper coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex retirement plan concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined contribution retirement programs, incl. 401(k) and profit-sharing.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRC, IRS, DOL and applicable regs.
• Coordinate with Payroll/HRIS for data integration and accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll deductions and contributions; verify plan funding.
• Review reports and enrollments for accuracy per plan provisions.
• Support Workday implementation and optimization.
• Monitor eligibility and 401(k) entry dates per plan rules.
• Support executive non-qualified deferred compensation plan administration.
• Coordinate annual Form 5500 filing and disclosures.
• Analyze plan data, develop recurring/ad hoc reports for management.
• Identify improvements for administration, data quality, efficiency.
• Assist with communications, SPDs, notices; perform special projects.
