Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Analyst to support the development and marketing of 401(k) products. The role involves coordinating projects, coordinating across IT and business areas, and delivering initiatives on time.

You will analyze market data, track performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels. The position offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration several days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of 401(k) industry experience preferred.
• Experience in retirement product development and project leadership encouraged.
• Marketing of group and 401(k) products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and support across multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead department or cross-department projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis for product opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and iterate on products to meet business goals.
