Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years experience as Industrial Equipment Technician in an industrial setting.
• UAW Journey Card must be possessed or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and production machinery.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Install, align, wire, and commission new machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
• Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Use CMMS to complete maintenance work orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve reliability.
• Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO procedures and company safety policies.
