Job summary

Calista and Subsidiaries is seeking a Logistics Engineer Sr. to help drive efficient government program logistics. You will manage cataloging, configuration, shipments, and stakeholder communications to support program goals.

You will apply logistics principles and inventory best practices, collaborate across teams, and help ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries of materials and parts, including CONUS and OCONUS shipments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of logistics principles, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation logistics, and distribution channels.
• Experience with cataloging and data entry accuracy in inventory records.
• Ability to travel and attend program team conferences.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the completion of programs and projects.
• Reviews field support requirements and recommends tools and test equipment.
• Establishes calibration requirements for field systems and equipment.
• Maintains DPAS due-in items and monitors program status.
• Coordinates with internal and external teams to optimize workflow.
• Oversees movement of materials and coordinates outbound shipments CONUS/OCONUS.
