Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of 3P seafood distributor contracts from scoping to renewal.
• Lead negotiations on rate changes and service terms with cost modeling.
• Develop a contract management framework with renewal timelines and obligations.
• Monitor distributor performance against SLAs and EDI/quality standards.
• Partner with Finance to model contract economics and strategic recommendations.
