Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in custom layout design.
• Hands-on experience with 3nm technology is essential.
• High proficiency in laying out custom digital components.
• Strong skills in designing custom analog blocks.
• Expertise in balancing custom clock H-trees.
• Solid knowledge of DFM, hierarchical layout techniques.
• Understanding of EM and IR drop analysis.
• Proficient with Cadence and Mentor Graphics tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Place & Route team for integration issues.
• Develop methodologies for custom macro integration.
• Floorplan and build out cells and blocks.
• Design complex layouts for analog and digital circuits.
• Analyze LVS, DRC, ERC results.
• Work on multiple projects across technologies.
• Learn and utilize in-house design tools.
