ALTEN Technology USA is hiring a 3D Plant Layout Engineer – Revit/BIM Specialist to develop and govern BIM standards and deliver coordinated 3D factory layouts. You will integrate equipment models, manage Revit families, and support ACC-based collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires advanced Revit skills, CAD interoperability, and experience with Navisworks for clash detection, along with strong communication and problem-solving

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced experience with Revit, including 3D plant modeling, equipment integration, and BIM management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for layout development and drawing management.
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model federation.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bluebeam for collaboration and document control.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model governance, and data integrity.
• Experience creating manufacturing or industrial facility layouts, including equipment placement and utilities coordination.
• Strong collaboration with manufacturing, industrial engineering, facilities, construction, and vendor teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, maintaining BIM standards for naming, ownership, organization, revision control, and workflows.
• Building 3D factory layouts that integrate equipment, utilities, and material flow.
• Creating and managing Revit families, equipment libraries, and templates.
• Integrating equipment CAD models into Revit with accuracy and coordination.
• Maintaining federated Navisworks models and performing clash detection.
• Managing ACC projects, permissions, and document control.
• Ensuring interoperability between Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, Bluebeam, and simulations.
• Converting 2D layouts to 3D BIM models and syncing documents.
• Coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to validate layouts.
