Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced experience with Revit including 3D plant modeling and BIM management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for layout development and drawing management.
• Hands-on Navisworks Manage experience including clash detection and model coordination.
• Experience with ACC and Bluebeam for collaboration and document control.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model governance, and data integrity.
• Experience creating and maintaining industrial facility layouts and equipment placement.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern BIM standards and workflows.
• Build coordinated 3D factory layouts integrating equipment and utilities.
• Create and manage Revit families and templates.
• Integrate CAD models into Revit with accuracy and coordination.
• Maintain federated Navisworks models and perform clash detection.
• Manage ACC projects, publishing, permissions, and versioning.
• Support interoperability between Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, Bluebeam, and simulation tools.
• Convert 2D layouts to 3D BIM models and ensure synchronization.
