Monks is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist to create high-quality hard-surface models, textures and virtual sets for CGI projects. You will output polished renders and collaborate with directors, clients and a growing team to meet demanding visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in advertising or VFX.
• Proficiency in Cinema4D or Maya.
• Strong rendering skills with Octane or Redshift.
• Independent, structured work style and clear communication.
• Self-confident with feedback or client interactions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute steps of the 3D pipeline: modeling (hard surface, objects, screens), texturing, shading, lighting and rendering.
• Build, dress and light virtual sets and environments to match project aesthetics.
• Maintain visual quality and render times within project time/budget constraints.
• Produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing renders.
• Incorporate feedback from directors, leads and clients promptly.
• Collaborate with animators, compositors and other generalists to optimize workflow.
• Ensure assets meet quality before handing over to compositing.
