Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Senior 3D CAD Records & Data Analyst to join the Gas Transmission Engineering and Design group in a hybrid role at San Ramon/Pleasanton. You will manage check-in/check-out of 3D models, maintain drawing custody, coordinate SAP tasks, and enhance Power BI dashboards for project visibility.

You will collaborate with engineering, drafting, construction and records teams to develop 3D CAD standards and support the buildout of systems that improve compliance and operational insight.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 3D CAD records and check-in/check-out workflows.
• Ability to maintain drawing custody and version control across systems.
• Proficiency with Power BI dashboards and data reporting.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, drafting and records teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting in business and user needs.
• Handle moderate to complex user issues with supported systems and tools.
• Analyze end-to-end, moderate to high complexity business processes.
• Coordinate SAP tasks related to drawing custody and work orders.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support 3D model version control and drawing custody throughout projects.
