Job summary

Digicode, based in Dallas, Texas, seeks an animation specialist to deliver high-quality assets using Spine 2D and Adobe CC. The role supports remote collaboration with team members in the US and abroad and emphasizes quick iteration and polished visuals.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio, passion for art and gaming, and experience with gambling/slots animation. You will work closely with illustrators and developers to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality animation assets using Spine 2D and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Implement feedback in revisions when necessary.
• Provide estimations and time frames for assigned tasks.
• Follow internal design guidelines.
• Coordinate with illustrators and developers to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Ensure latest source files are available in repository for others to use.
• Log activity in the task management system.
• Attend team meetings to stay updated on projects.

FUNCTIONS

• Deliver high quality animations assets using primarily Spine 2D and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications
• Have the ability to implement feedback in revisions when necessary
• Provide estimations and time frames your assigned tasks
• Follow our internal design guidelines
• Coordinate with illustrators and developers when necessary to ensure efficient deliveries
• Make sure that your latest source files are available on our repository for others to make use of when needed
• Make sure your activity is logged in our task management system
• Attend team meetings to be up to date with the latest news and developments
• Optimize your animation exports to ensure a good balance between image quality, file sizes and resource consumption
