Job summary

E2 Federal Services, LLC is seeking a 2D/3D Structural Designer in Aiken, SC to develop designs for complex engineering systems and generate design output documents. You will create drawings and technical reports and support construction activities under SRNS processes and programmatic guidance.

Responsibilities include establishing design standards, reviewing changes, and ensuring compliance with codes. Strong detail orientation and experience with 3D modeling are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Requires an in-depth knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, materials, construction methods and relevant computer applications.
• Candidate must demonstrate 8 years of experience as a Structural Designer including design of building structures and commodity supports.
• Experience with 3D structural modeling and Hexagon S3D software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design standards and procedures.
• Prepare construction installation specifications and details.
• Prepare procurement specifications and bid analysis.
• Review and approve Design Change Forms.
• Resolve design discrepancies cost-effectively to meet criteria.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors for design changes and approvals.
