Sending Fulfillment Center (SFC) Associate - Warehouse

About Your Role
This position is responsible for performing duties such as receiving, barcoding, picking, packing, quality assurance, or shipping while following Sendoso’s quality standards. You will report to the Area Manager of your designated department.

Who You Are:

• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and demands
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks
• Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with teammates, departments, and external customers
• Self-motivated and able to think independently
• Willing to learn and grow with Sendoso

Responsibilities:

• Selecting, packing, and shipping orders, including fast delivery services
• Receiving and storing inventory
• Preparing customer orders and packing them
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment
• Using scanners to read bar codes
• Following prompts on screens and troubleshooting
• Ensuring product quality
• Operating powered industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet drivers, working at heights up to 35 feet
• Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching during shifts
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and moving items around
• Climbing stairs where applicable
• Working around moving machinery like order pickers and forklifts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
• Wearing closed-toe/closed-back shoes
• Must be 18+ years old with understanding of safety guidelines
• Successful background check
