Devon County Council seeks a Team Lead for SEND Operations to provide robust operational leadership, ensure statutory compliance, and drive service improvements across education, health and social care partnerships. The role focuses on data-informed decision making and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

• Experience in education or SEND settings and knowledge of SEND legislation (Children and Families Act 2014).
• Ability to interpret performance information and drive improvements.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and DBS requirements.
