Job summary

ABM is seeking a Semi-Skilled Construction Laborer to support active semiconductor job sites. You will perform general and semi-skilled tasks, assist with site prep, material handling, and equipment operation in a team environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of construction experience, ability to use hand/power tools, and a strong safety mindset. Working hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with hourly pay of $18–$20.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Support installation crews and skilled trades with project tasks.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform demolition, excavation, and general labor duties as assigned.
• Assist with construction layout, measurements, and project setup.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow project specifications, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, and job site hazards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and team members to meet project goals.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
