Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support skilled trades and project teams with daily construction activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, and project concerns.

Overview

ABM is seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to support construction operations on active job sites. This position performs a variety of construction support tasks requiring specialized experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Skilled Construction Laborer plays a key role in maintaining project productivity, quality workmanship, and a safe working environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

$20-$22

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance when required.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Work Environment

• Active commercial construction sites.
• Exposure to noise, dust, uneven surfaces, and changing weather conditions.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with site and company safety requirements.
