Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking experienced Tool Install Schedulers to support large-scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction scheduling on large industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
• Proficiency with Excel and project reporting tools.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze schedule data from construction and tool install sources to support integrated scheduling.
• Support alignment between base build schedules, facility readiness milestones, and tool install schedules.
• Generate reports identifying schedule conflicts, sequencing concerns, and impacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and support executable sequencing plans.
• Identify data inconsistencies and improve schedule integration across teams.
