Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Construction Tool Equipment Install Engineer on a fixed-term contract in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will act as the primary equipment owner from pre-design through SL2 Signoff, coordinating with factory owners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools.

The role emphasizes execution planning, stakeholder collaboration, and safety leadership, with a 12-month timeframe and potential extension based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related technical field with 1+ years of experience in project or program management, construction or tool install; or a master’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Experience in installation and demolition of process tool equipment is preferred.
• Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean or 6-Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tool install planning, delivery, and execution with stakeholders.
• Represent the FCS site in CTI and VF forums for equipment-related matters.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure systems reflect equipment requirements and schedules with EMS and Systems Owners.
