Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation’s Physical Sciences Laboratories in El Segundo, CA are seeking a Semiconductor Test Research Associate (Research Associate II - Electrical Systems). You will perform electrical measurements on bare dies and packaged parts, build test setups, and program instruments using LabVIEW or Python.

A 0–1 year lab environment background is preferred. On-site full-time role with mentorship, security clearance eligibility, and opportunities to contribute to space-system testing and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, materials science, physics or related discipline (pursuing or conferred within last 12 months).
0-1 year of industry work experience.
General knowledge of semiconductor devices and circuits.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical measurements on bare dies using automated and manual probe stations.
Assemble test setups based on PI requirements.
Program lab instruments using LabVIEW or Python.
Collect and analyze measurement data and present results.
