Qualifications

• Ability to update and downgrade software on servers and workstations.
• Experience configuring and debugging complex server networks.
• Mastery of electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and gas flow schematics.
• Willingness to write and optimize testing scripts for semiconductor equipment.
• Create motion control scripts for robotics and sequencing.
• Submit and track test fixture requests and changes.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, or plumbing issues effectively.
• Understand field startup procedures for manufacturing final tests.
• Develop new test procedures at module and system levels.
• Read BOM and perform FPY/NSR tasks confidently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and uses test procedures; defines test specs with design/software teams.
• Gathers data, evaluates results, and drives continuous improvements.
• Implements methods and processes for fabrication of assemblies.
• Coordinates release of product improvements with design/ops teams.
• Estimates costs and tooling needs; applies DfX to reduce costs.
• Reviews methods and policies; updates workflows for current practices.
• Determines root cause analyses and produces failure reports.
• Performs Process FMEA during new product development.
