Tower Semiconductor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global recruitment and local HR team in Newport Beach. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with key stakeholders, and help build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of full-cycle TA, proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (preferably SuccessFactors), and on-site presence with one remote day.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Willing to work on-site in Newport Beach, CA (1 day WFH).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Source passive/active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks.
• Advise hiring managers with data-driven market insights.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR partners to build high-performing teams.
