Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, seeks a highly analytical Commodity Planning & Procurement Manager II to lead component planning for networking semiconductors and memory products. You will drive forecasting, procurement, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of semiconductor commodities including lead-time management and supplier engagement.
• Advanced analytics with Excel; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred for reporting.
• Experience in material management, demand planning, direct procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of component-level supply chains in high-tech hardware.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems ( SAP, Oracle ).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies across component suppliers, distributors, ODM/CM partners, and internal teams.
• Drive inventory management and improve turns while resolving shortages with urgency.
• Lead CPFR activities with suppliers, including dashboards and reporting tools.
• Own component forecasting and supply health metrics; identify risks and mitigation.
• Resolve shortages by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and operations.
• Lead supply reporting, including dashboards and executive updates.
• Own procurement execution activities including PO management and lead-time tracking.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and forecast risks.
• Support cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
