Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Commodity Planning & Procurement Manager II to lead component planning for networking semiconductors and memory products. You will own supply health through forecasting, procurement, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across suppliers, ODM/CM partners, and internal teams to drive strategies, identify risks, and optimize cost, inventory, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of semiconductor supply chains and lifecycle planning.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools for dashboards.
• Experience in material management, demand planning, procurement, or operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead component procurement strategies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Improve inventory turns and resolve shortages with urgency.
• Develop CPFR/reporting tools and dashboards with suppliers.
• Forecast component supply health and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate procurement execution and lead-time tracking.
• Provide executive-ready supply updates and cost-improvement ideas.
• Drive cost-reduction and process improvements across the chain.
• Analyze data to identify trends and guide actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations to resolve issues.
