Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead semiconductor supply planning and procurement. You will build and develop a team, manage forecasting, supplier engagement, and ensure continuity of supply for memory, CPU, FPGA components.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, 3+ years of people management, strong English and local language, plus ERP/BI experience. Hybrid work model with office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; 10+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• 3+ years of people management leading supply chain or procurement teams.
• Mastery in English and local language; strong semiconductor supply chain knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of commodity procurement managers and procurement operations professionals.
• Own overall semiconductor and memory supply health with forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Oversee procurement execution, PO management, and supplier engagements.
• Develop dashboards, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive inventory optimization while ensuring continuity of supply.
