Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Safety, EH&S, or construction management
• 3+ years construction safety experience, semiconductor or data center preferred
• Basic knowledge of OSHA construction standards
• Ability to identify hazards and support corrective actions
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site safety activities for advanced facilities projects
• Support accident prevention and loss control programs for construction operations
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and client safety standards
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation including JHAs, AHAs, PTPs, SOPs, HWPs
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action follow-up
• Maintain safety records and training documentation
• Assist with emergency response planning and drills
• Support onboarding and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors
• Drive continuous safety improvements across projects

Education

Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Safety, EH&S, or construction management

3+ years construction safety experience
